Happy Saint Patrick's Day!

This year, Vankleek Hill's celebration of all things Irish has been renamed the "Wee Irish Fest" -- and all the fun happens this weekend! The event starts on Friday, March 11 at 6:30 p.m. with the crowning of the parade king and queen at the Windsor Tavern on Main Street in Vankleek Hill. How does one get to be king and queen of the parade? Sometimes, it’s all about showing up, combined with the luck of the draw! Present yourself at the Windsor Tavern and put your name in a hat. It’s as easy as that!
And then get ready to be the star(s) of the parade, which is set for Saturday, March 12 at 1:30 p.m., followed by finger food, green beer, Irish music, and prizes for the best costume back at the Windsor Tavern. The event is presented by Excellent Events and sponsored by the Windsor Tavern. For more information, visit www.vankleekhill.ca/events, or go to “Excellent Events” on Facebook, or call 613-678-5086613-678-5086.

There is a busy roster of events coming up at Arbor Gallery, including a murder-mystery dinner, a documentary film series, two Home Routes concerts and much more! Visit Arbor Gallery's website to find out more!

The business-people of Vankleek Hill will get to know each other at a March 14, 6:30 p.m. event taking place at Herb's Travel Plaza just south of Vankleek Hill! Enjoy an evening of speed-networking – a two-minute exchange with a fellow member before passing on to the next person. Business owners and their employees are invited to attend! This is a fun and easy way to spread the word about your business and find out about other great businesses in the area! Please RSVP as there are only 50 spaces available!
