For pre-schoolers, Champlain Township has its own municipally-operated day care right in Vankleek Hill. Champlain Day Care is located at École élémentaire catholique Saint-Grégoire at 50 Home Avenue in Vankleek Hill. Call 613-678-2123 or visit Champlain Day Nursery web page.

In town, École élémentaire catholique Saint-Grégoire is affiliated with the following school board. It offers French-language Catholic education for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8.

A few minutes outside of town is St. Jude Catholic School. It offers education to students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 in a French and English Catholic environment. This school is affiliated with the following school board:

Secondary education is offered right in Vankleek Hill at Vankleek Hill Collegiate Institute. This new school was completed in 2010 and educates high school students from Grade 9 to Grade 12. There is a full sports program, music, arts and more. VCI is affiliated with the Upper Canada District School Board.

Also serving Vankleek Hill and area is Pleasant Corners Public School, located on Highway 34, about halfway between Hawkesbury and Vankleek Hill. It offers programming for students from Junior Kindergarten to Grade 8 with some immersion programming. A volunteer committee recently completed a beautiful outdoor classroom and eco-learning environment, which is open to the public.
