The Arbor Gallery Cultural Centre, located in the historic Higginson house built by William Higginson in 1856, is well on its way to becoming a multi-faceted artistic and cultural centre serving Champlain Township and surrounding areas. AGCC encompasses a diversity of artistic and cultural forms including drama, film/animation, textiles, writing and poetry as well as exhibition and instructional opportunities.
